Jennifer Kaufman has exhibited work at White Columns in New York, d.e.n. Contemporary Art and Pharmaka Gallery in Los Angeles, the 808 Gallery at Boston University, and at Bay Area galleries including the Headlands Center for the Arts, Ampersand International Arts, Clara Street Projects, Spanganga, and The Luggage Store. She was recently nominated for a 2010 SF MOMA SECA Art Award. Her work has been reviewed in the San Francisco Chronicle, The Boston Globe, Art Practical, Art Week, San Francisco Bay Guardian, and Modern Arts Journal. Her drawings are included in private collections and have been selected as cover images for many book publications including Linda Dyer's Fictional Teeth, (Ahsahta Press), and Noelle Kocot’s, The Raving Fortune, (Four Way Books). She has developed exhibits for The San Francisco Exploratorium Museum of Art and Science, taught in the MFA program at California College of the Arts and was an artist in residence at the Vermont Studio Center.
